To assume P&L responsibility for business and operations for Re-Timer, and ensure effective business performance, delivery and functioning of Re-Timer Pty Ltd by managing sales, marketing, customers, profitability, supply-chain, people, processes, partners, product, etc. Ensure delivery of high-quality products and service to customers, motivated team, and effective partner and supplier relationships. Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances, and Motherson values.Manage the product lifecycle, marketing, and the commercial launch of the products by continuously analyzing various global market segments trends, market existing and unmet needs.Responsibilities The successful candidate will own the of P&L of a small Australian company in consumer wellness. Develop strategy and plan to ensure achievement in line with the budgets.Accountable for growth of both direct and channel businessDevelop mechanism and monitor achievement of better margins, and control expenditure and overheads.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all channelsWork on expansion of eComm presence across platforms like AmazonEffective and agile marketing thru all available media - direct and thru agencyManage supply chain, projections to ensure smooth fulfilment at minimum carrying costsCash flow managementManage all tech and marketing assets, apps, sitesRemain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices. Keep an eye on competition and work on staying aheadAct as the product leader within the companyAct as an advocate and evangelist of the product within the communityDefine and lead all marketing activitiesSupport the development of Sales & Marketing plans to launch new products and make them growKeep stakeholders updated on progress of productsWork on pricing and positioning modelsEnsure timely and accurate reporting of metrics. Define the product strategy and roadmap collaborating with key company functions to define a joint development effortCreate Product Presentations for various stakeholdersQualificationsDegree in business or engineering10+ years experience in managing business , P&L, sales organizationsDeep understanding of P&L management, Cost Optimization, People Management, Business Strategy, Policies, and technology trends.Preferable to have track record defining and launching tech enabled products in wellness, consumer, medical segments.Successfully launched consumer products in the pastExperience with international marketsAbility to influence cross-functional teamsGood knowledge of Quality & Regulatory requirements, preferably in medical devices domain.Understanding of the medical/ healthcare/ life sciences market and trendsStrong communication and presentation skills PRB
