Description:
The Programme Marketing Team is responsible for driving overall customer engagement and ultimately increasing each customer'slifetime value. A key component of achieving this vision is establishing a two-way relationship with customers where they trust us, engage with us, use us and advocate for us. This role is all about establishing these positive interactions with Customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the ideation of creative engagement tactics leveraging brands, seasonality, offers and more.
Come up with compelling content and stories that both engage the customer and drive constant dialogue.
Animate the many softer offerings of SHARE into constant engage stories that entice a customer to interact, use and share with others.
Drive advocacy amongst customers through soft touches including recognition, activations, events and more.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Masters degree or MBA preferred
Additional role related qualification preferred
4+ years of digital marketing with a focus on social media content and engagement
