Provide oversight and management for construction projects, including activities related to architectural, electro-mechanical and civil work.
Implement a comprehensive monitoring and analysis system to track and record department activities, enabling effective identification and planning for current and future needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Conduct periodic reviews and updates of short and long-term strategic plans to ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals.
Manage the performance management system, ensuring completion of all forms and providing counselling remarks as necessary.
Identify and address environmental aspects within you
Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
UAE National.
12+ years of experience in Project Management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful contributions to complex projects.
Exemplary planning and organisational skills to effectively manage complex projects.
