The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and leading the recruitment process. This role requires a strategic individual who is capable of working with a diverse workforce, both on-site in the UAE and remotely across various regions. Proven experience in managing full recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Additional HR training or certifications will be highly regarded. Experience in managing multinational employees and hiring in multiple locations is highly desirable.
