Reports to: Parts & Accessories and Parts Manager (Automotive)Remuneration: Market Related dependent on skill set, knowledge, and experienceNote:  This is an EE Vacancy Purpose Of The Job:  Our Client is looking for a Passenger Vehicle Parts Administrator to join their Team. The basic functions of this position are to manage & process spare parts requests from our customers, provide front desk support and other clerical & office duties, and produce the various regular business-related reports.Duties:Coordinate purchasing with All Vendors regularlyUnderstand the ordering processes and policies for parts, communicate these policies to customersProcess and Maintain daily Dealer orders. (Back orders, ETA information, Back-order reporting / updates) Provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding spare parts orders, tracking shipments, updating relevant information on system, product, and policy informationInventory managementSupervise the parts inventory area and safety stock programDirect involvement in spot checks and annual inventory auditPerform and maintain Cycle countsReceiving of incoming orders following set proceduresProper allocation of received itemsPicking, packaging & shipping of any outgoing orders including proper required documentationUpdate spare part pricing and discount structure of productsRespond to accounting requests where applicableProcessing of Inbound vendor invoices for costing purposes and timeous stock maintenanceProcessing of 3rd Party and Local Vendor invoices / receiptsProcessing and Maintenance of All Vendor orders. (Local and International)Provide timeous assistance and feedback to dealer communication channel.
