About the Construction Manager Electrical position

We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager Electrical who will be responsible in planning, directing and coordinating electrical phases of works through functional supervisory personnel, assigned activities with various electrical work groups and ensuring execution of electrical works, facilities, and associated systems. Participate in the conceptual electrical development of the project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation in conformance with all standards and specifications. Good knowledge about financial and quality aspects is also required.

Responsibilities:

Organize electrical scope of works from conception to completion, ensuring that contractual conditions of performance are metPerform in-depth reviews of project deliverables, schedules, costs and work progress, on a regular basisSupervise all onsite and offsite executions to monitor compliance with related codes and safety regulationsOrganize and lead trade workers and subcontractorsPrepare tools, materials and equipment and track inventoryCreate internal and external reports pertaining to job statusPlan, analyse and manage risks and problems, developing counter-measures on beforehandReview and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licencesAdhere to quality electrical standards and the use of proper execution techniques

Requirements:

10 to 15 years of proven experience in the field of Residential Type of construction,Has strong leadership and exceptional understanding of other of all disciplines from site activities point of view,GCC is Experience is a MUST, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience is ESSENTIALFIDIC Yellow Book (Design and Build) Based Project Experience is ESSENTIAL5 years solid background as Construction Manager Electrical or similar position,Profound experience with electrical products, execution details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards,Good experience of participation at all stages of electrical works, including collaboration, leading and planning,Practical experience with construction management software packages,Strong time and project management skills,Strong leadership and human resources management skills,Conflict and crisis management skills,BS degree in Electrical Engineering,
