Responsibilities:- Determine the collection area for each collector.- Supervising the process of monitoring outstanding loans and collecting payments.- Follow up on the delivery of the amounts collected from the collectors to the fund or deposit them in the company's private account.- Establish risk management policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulations and supervise their implementation.- Distributes collection tasks to collectors.- Follows up on the implementation of collection operations with collectors and solves any problems they encounter.- He carries out any other tasks and responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and based on the assignment of his direct superior.
