Contract Specialist ETS Devices, Pakistan Develop, negotiate, and evaluate Govt bodies contracts.Ensure that both parties are complicit with the terms of the contact and ensuring that all contracts abide by contract specifications.Works with contractors/subcontractors addressing questions regarding contracts or claims issues. Troubleshoot with contractors/subcontractors/vendors and provide technical support on contract compliance issues. Works with contractors/subcontractors/vendors addressing questions regarding contracts or claims issues. Keep track of reporting and claiming deadlines and notify contractors/subcontractors/vendors as needed. Assembles and distributes a variety of documents, manuals and materials. Establishes and maintains a wide variety of records and files related to company operations and activities. Operates a variety of standard office equipment including fax machine, scanner, copier, computer, telephone, scale, and communications equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Exhibits a high level of expertise and professionalism.
