With Nalanda's legacy of physical and virtual pre-schooling experience that led to its tremendous success during the Pandemic, have now launched its new program ASSIST with a vision to help standalone preschools revive their business and at the same time empower new age edupreneurs to assist in their educational business aspirations. Objective: The objective of this role is to generates revenue by selling the organization’s products via phone, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the new and existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Inside Sales Specialist, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone and physically. You are also responsible for solving questions in regards to the product or service provided by the company. Salary - 3-5.5 LPA Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition - Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful Go to Market Strategy.
  • Business Renewal - Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
  • Lead Generation - Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
  • Closure and Collection - Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure.
  • Be a customer advocate Convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to the product roadmap.
  • Process Adherence - Execution of the role in line with the organizations guidelines and processes.
  • Build organization assets Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED
  • 2-6 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B process; inbound activities from a SAAS industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the Ed-tech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with edupreneurs.
  • Good email and LinkedIn message crafting skills for outreach campaigns is essential.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Good command over English language both written and verbal, other language skills are highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in any sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
