Senior Accounts Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts including account closing and reporting for the company and its subsidiary
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts and reporting pack for head office consolidation.
• Preparation of interim and financial statement.
• Preparation of Quarterly Management Account for Board Meeting.
• Preparation of Quarterly GST submission.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end MIS reporting.
• Assist the Manager in cash flow management, liaising with the banks, auditors.
• Assist in building Annual Business Plan and variance report.
• Assists in managing the cash flow requirement for the Group Companies.
• Reconcile daily receivable and payables against the bank data on a monthly basis.
• Support in daily operations - preparing invoices, bank reconciliation, payments to vendors etc
• Support the overseas Rep office accounting entries/data
• Liaise with external auditor, company secretary and tax agent on company matters and related issues.

  Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent Professional Accounting Qualification
• A proven track record with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Have a good understanding of accounting treatment.
• Cross cultural sensitivity.
• Business IT skills including MS Excel and Word knowledge.
• Experience in Tally Accounting software will be preferable.
• Singaporeans will be preferred.
