As the Head of Brand & Customer Experience Insights for Health Systems, you will spearhead our efforts in understanding customer insight/feedback and making data-driven decision-making across the global HS organization. Manage and utilize global survey programs to uncover insights into how Philips is perceived compared to competitors and provide strategic marketing insight to maintain our competitive edge. We're seeking an experienced leader with a track record in team-building and a holistic enterprise view to navigate the complexities of marketing governance and drive impactful change within the organization. You will be part of the Marketing Insights & Analytics Leadership Team of the global MI&A Center of Excellence at Philips Health Systems reporting to the Global Head of MI&A.Your role:Lead a team of experienced Insight Managers with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Drive the Health Systems Global Customer Feedback programs (NPS), overseeing Brand studies (Brand strength, Competitive Positioning, Brand campaigns, Positioning, etc.), and manage our Knowledge Management Platform to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer perceptions.Collaborate closely with the central Brand Team on strategic brand projects and work hand-in-hand with our Experience Teams to embed customer-centricity throughout the organization.Forge partnerships with cross-functional teams across Health Systems Businesses to ensure alignment of customer insights and foster data-driven decision-making.Pioneer the adoption of innovative research tools, including AI-powered insights generation, to enhance our capabilities and drive actionable insights.Ensure strict compliance with quality processes and standards to maintain the integrity of our insights.Establish external connections to bring in best practices and innovative tools, keeping our approach at the forefront of industry trends.You're the right fit if:Hold a degree in business/marketing/economic discipline (BSc/MSc), with a proven track record of success in similar roles.Have demonstrated leadership experience in customer experience and brand research, ideally spanning both Healthcare and Consumer industries, with a strong emphasis on B2B experience and experience with medical systems or (related) technical complex systems.Possess exceptional analytical skills and a track record of utilizing insights to drive strategic decision-making.Exhibit thought leadership in applying consumer insights methods and approaches to tackle brand and experience challenges.Showcase proficiency in digital marketing tools and a keen interest in emerging research methods to stay ahead of the curve.Align with Philips' core values of customer-first, integrity, and teamwork, embodying these principles in your daily interactions.Demonstrate excellent communication, synthesis, and creative thinking skills to effectively convey complex insights and drive actionable outcomes.Combine strategic vision with hands-on actionability, ensuring that insights translate into tangible business results.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
