Role Description Corporate Commercial M&A Lawyer - Remotely (Law Firm in Dublin) An exciting opportunity has arisen at a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial transactions. The firm is a specialist corporate transactions practice advising leading Irish / international entrepreneurs, growth-oriented private companies and investors across a range of industry sectors. They are seeking to recruit full time Lawyers with a minimum of 4 years' post qualification experience. The successful candidates will have strong international M&A experience and will be an integral part of the M&A team. They will be given excellent exposure to large deals and will get the opportunity to run international transactions from start to finish. Duties and Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements (including SPAs, Shareholders' agreements, Subscription agreements, ESOPs, commercial contracts etc); Carrying out due diligence on buyside transactions and assisting clients with diligence queries on sell side; Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents; Project managing international transactions. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified Lawyer with at least 3 years' relevant post qualification experience; Be a self-starter and enjoy autonomy; Have strong interpersonal and communications skills;  Have appropriate M&A knowledge with a strong technical ability; Have an ability to exercise sound judgement, decision making with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Have a positive and team player attitude. Offering: Payment of up to 30% bonuses.  100% remote working / flexible working conditions. Relocation package to Ireland if desired.
