Accounts Specialist Nafay Motors Pty Ltd, Pakistan Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field We strive to maintain long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers, based on mutual trust and respect.Job Description:Job Title: Accounts SpecialistIndustry: AutomotiveCompany: Nafay Motors Pty LtdResponsibilities:- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data- Maintain accurate financial records by monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts- Prepare financial statements and reports to assess financial status- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information- Provide support to the accounting team in handling payroll, taxation, and other financial duties- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulationsJob Specification- Proven work experience as an Accounts Specialist or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably with 2 years of experience- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
