1. Developing and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies to maximize value throughout the supply chain.2. Align strategies with organizational goals, market trends, and risk management plans. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.3. Procurement Management:Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery.Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.4. Logistics and Inventory Management:Optimize inventory levels to balance cost-effectiveness and service levels.Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution.Implement efficient warehousing and inventory control practices.Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues promptly.Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.6. Risk Mitigation and Sustainability:Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.Champion sustainability initiatives, including responsible sourcing and waste reduction.7. Performance Metrics and Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.Regularly analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare reports for senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.10+ years of Group Level leadership/managerial experience in procurement & supply chain.Proven track record of senior management within a first-tier supplier or SMEs.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
