Job Information Specialization: Software EngineersJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Riyadh, KSA Job Requirements A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.Basic knowledge of programming languages.Basic knowledge of databases.Basic knowledge of infrastructureBasic knowledge of networkBasic knowledge of software securityAdvanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.Understanding (Business Requirement )Understanding (Documentation - API - Ports - Servers)Deal with (Postman - Mobaxterm - Remote desktop connection - Oracle database SQL developer, Different web services {IIS, Apache, Apache tomcat, Nginx, …}) Responsibilities Providing software application support under the supervision of the Team leader.Performing analysis on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.Consulting with the vendor, internal users, and IT departments to improve application performance.Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Team Leader.Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
