Job Highlights
- Provide digital and phone banking services
- Handle product enquiries and related operations
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Enlighten customer’s journey by providing excellent customer services through phone call and digital banking activities including Voicebot and Chatbot etc.
- Handle customer enquiries on general banking services, financial transactions, securities trading and related operations etc.
- Exploit business opportunities and increase product penetration.
- Assist on ad-hoc project in Contact Centre assigned by manager
- Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.
- Secondary education or above.
- 1 year of customer services experience in retail banking is preferable.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
