Job Summary: The Workplace Technology is responsible the Service Delivery functions for the HKEX community. The team has an engineering function, risk management team, employee experience, risk management, production support and the change management team. Job Duties: As an Administrative Officer, you will support IT request management and stock management pertaining to office computer services. Successful candidate will be placed in Workplace Technology team under Technology Infrastructure Shared Services organization, working with technical SMEs, procurement, finance, and external partners/vendors. Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow-up IT procurement, approval, and account payable tasks in line with HKEX guidelines and policy standards.
  • Remove impediments in IT processes with simplified ways of working.
  • Create reports and articulate meaningful ideas with statistical and raw data.
  • Reporting on stock level, expense management, and workplace technology budget.
  • Assist on IT experience and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate office restack activities among internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Handle important and confidential documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc team administrative tasks and clerical assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 3 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Information Technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
  • Knowledge on office computer equipment and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience on IT Service Management (ITSM) process and ServiceNow operation is preferred.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to details.
