We are a young but exciting, successful and rapidly expanding company specialising in the design and fabrication of bespoke, original and high-quality mirrors in our own workshop in Hackney-Wick, East London. Our creations are exported worldwide, with most of our production currently being shipped to the USA. We are now creating a new and exciting full-time opportunity for a self-driven and energetic individual to join us to develop the UK and European markets. This new position best suits an individual with some experience in sales and customer services. Some flair and interest in design and interiors is a distinct advantage. The role has a strong emphasis and focus on sales in order to achieve pre-agreed objectives and targets. The successful candidate will join a small, friendly and creative team, which makes this role varied and interesting with a potential to grow with the company and the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills. A contribution to customer services and other tasks will be expected as and when required in support of the team and of the overall activities. We encourage participation in other areas of our work and value our team’s opinion and judgements in all aspects of our business. The primary objectives will be to: - follow up enquiries which may come by phone, email or through professional platforms in the UK and Europe to generate sales, and assist the team with enquiries from other markets as and when required. - develop and implement a targeted national programme for the growth of B2B business initially in the UK in tandem with the Managing Director and the Sales and Customer Services Supervisor. This will require to identify influencers and key decision-makers and to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. - create progress reports on agreed targets to be reviewed periodically. - contribute to the implementation of a new CRM system. - assist the rest of the team as and when required with other sales, customer services, logistics or administrative tasks that may be reasonably expected. - make a strong contribution to a 1stClass purchasing and customer service experience for all clients. Team work will be crucial to success in this role, as well as excellent verbal and written communications and excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of Power Point and Excel are essential. Some experience in a Sales or Customer Service role is preferred, however the right approach to work and the right personality will carry a lot of weight. Training will be provided where necessary. The candidate will be expected to contribute to a joyful and pleasant working environment within the company. Working on-site only. Salary package includes commission and benefits.
