Main responsibilities /Missions:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact of a determined set of Key Accounts in Public and Private Sectors.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts main stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Have a systematic approach to identify and qualify potential new prospects
  • Constant opportunities generation to build a healthy Pipeline/funnel
  • Collaborate shoulder to shoulder with Distribution Channels to reach sales objectives.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
  • Keep track of projects and Account development in ALE’s CRM.
  • Prepare account plans and periodical reports of the assigned set of Accounts/Territory.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales and Channel Sales Teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Manage challenging client requests and after sales support escalations as needed
Requirements and skills :
  • Previous working experience (max 8 years) as a Key Account Manager, Territory Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role selling IT and/or communications solutions to the Enterprise Market.
  • Good & solid local networking with customers in either Public Sector in Argentina.
  • A hunter profile and door opener are requested
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid knowledge of Networking, Communications & Cloud solutions/products
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English.
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field
Relationships: Internal: Engage and collaborate with the wider Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Marketing, Channel Sales and Business Development teams. External:
  • End Customer as a top priority
  • Work closely with Channel Partners/ Business Partners
  • TSS & support teams
Location: The perfect candidate must be located in the Northeast part of Brazil:
  • Recife
  • Salvador
  • Fortaleza
