We’re looking for the next superstar to join our Commercial Support team on a full-time basis. The purpose of this hybrid role is to make life easier for the commercial team by carrying out various administrative and sales coordination duties quickly and efficiently. You will be proactive and will provide a range of client solutions and production services. This role will also work closely with our Client Solutions Manager and Activation Team - assisting in process, delivery and post analysis of commercial led promotions, sponsorships and activations. You will be the brand expert responsible for keeping all relevant collateral up-to-date and aligned with audience led solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client services:
- Operate multiple systems to book print, radio, and digital products including support with creative digital design
- Assist with selling campaigns and recommend advertising solutions to NZME clients
- Reporting and market insights on campaigns across all media platforms
- Manage the end-to-end process for sales solutions aligned to the brand/s within assigned portfolio
- Participate in regular brainstorm discussions to produce innovative ideas and sales solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and goals
- 1+ years’ experience in the media industry or in an Admin/Events coordination role would be ideal
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Fast learner with the ability to prioritise
- Enjoy working and collaborating with people
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Graphic design experience ideal
- Full NZ Drivers license
