Position Overview: We are looking for an entry-level Junior Buyer with strong analytical skills to assist in procurement-related data analysis and purchasing activities. This role will involve supporting the procurement team in supplier negotiations, contract management, and optimizing our supply chain processes. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with international suppliers and stakeholders. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing procurement data to support strategic sourcing decisions;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and develop sourcing strategies;
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management activities;
- Help optimize supply chain processes and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Maintain procurement databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Economics, or related field;
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel level;
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with international suppliers;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with ERP systems;
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced procurement environment.
