- We are seeking an IT Trainer for the Whangarei Region
- Training of staff members
- Orientation of new staff into our clinical and administration software
- Facilitating ‘refresher’ programmes for returning staff
- Create and maintain training documentation using a variety of eLearning software
- Active participation in projects and initiatives from inception to post implementation, including support
- Collaboration with the ‘Manager of Training and Support’ and wider team members to innovate and explore wider use of technology as a means to the delivery of training
- IT Training experience
- Experience in creating eLearning using Camtasia or Articulate / Similar
- A welcoming and enthusiastic disposition with a deep appreciation for ‘knowledge is power’
- You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people and personalities and take pride in making learning fun and interactive
- You have a methodical approach and enjoy completing your check list up to the last one
- Familiarity with tech and bespoke applications – a want to understand it and find ways to translate this to both technical and non-technical users
- A supportive and nurturing team environment with depth of expertise to support you
