Software Developer

Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. As a Full Stack Developer in our team you will be responsible for the whole application stack from developing the backend services to the frontend using the Agile development principles. You will be working with the newest technologies from Microsoft like .NET Core Orleans Cosmos DB Entity framework and Blazor. Microsoft DevOps will be your toolbox when it comes to automated build unit test and deployment. If you have experience with anything that can make us better we are eager to learn. We use Jira to control our task flow BitBucket/Git to manage source control and Pull Requests Azure DevOps to run unit test and build our code Octopus and Azure DevOps to deployment. Responsibilities:

• Development of backend services in Microsoft .NET CORE
• Frontend development in Angular/Microsoft Blazor
• Develop databases in Microsoft SQL using Entity Framework
• Collaborate with the business and develop the best solutions on the market.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of .NET Core Entity Framework and Angular knowledge would be a plus.
• Positive independent and flexible
• You have a positive attitude and want to help your colleagues.
• You are used to working with Pair Programming but you can also work independently.
• You have great communication skills and can work together with both businesses and developers
• You are structured want to work agilely with the scrum methodology want to do code reviews and are also able to receive feedback on your own code.

Minimum academic qualification of a graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science (2:1 and above. A 2:2 can be considered if the candidate has at least 5 years programming experience) At least 3 - 5 years working experience with team lead capabilities Experience in C# / ASP.NET, JavaScript and CSS. Knowledge of javascript and CSS frameworks is a plus (such as Vue, Angular, react, bootstrap, material bootstrap, semantic UI, etc) Demonstrable past work in the .NET environment (websites, windows applications. apps, etc) Any IT programming courses is a plus Location: Abuja Candidate residing in Abuja is a plus
