Company Description Grendene Global Brands is a Join Venture between the Brazilian-based manufacturer Grendene S/A and 3G Radar. The JV brings popular Brazilian footwear brands Melissa, Ipanema, and Rider to the US and international markets. Known for their fashionable and colorful designs, these brands have a strong presence in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Analyst at Grendene Global Brands in Porto Alegre, RS. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for financial statements, analytical tasks, journal entries, and other accounting and finance-related duties. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies
- Ability to communicate in English
- Deep understanding of the accounts receivable process
- Experience in journal entries and finance processes
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Audit and Netsuite experience is a plus
