- Ensure compliance of last Audit reports issued by Professional Plus and,
- Review yearly Financial Statements via Oracle-based software,
- After thorough verification, prepare yearly audited Financial Statements with complete notes to the accounts and presentations.
- Analyse financial ratios and other statistics for management and give suggestions for improvement.
- Review Vendor and Customers transactions on a significant sample basis and their respective outstanding balances and payments up to date,
- 100% Stock taking as at 30-June-2024 (Packaging Warehouse, Raw Material warehouse, Maintenance warehouse, Finished Goods warehouse, QC Warehouse, Quarantine Warehouse, Work in Process on 2nd, 3rd and 4th July of 2024 (and highlight shortage and excess found)
- Review all important SOP compliances in practice and observe discrepancies in actual implementations.
- Issue individual department reports for any discrepancies found during the Audit.
- Any other task assigned by a Senior to complete the whole assignment.
