Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience Education: FCA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) Responsibilities: · Checking bank report, receipts / payments, checks clear or in process of clearance, available balance of previous day and informing CEO to make payment plan. · Representing the company in front of income tax authorities e.g., Commissioners of Income Tax, high court etc. · Maintaining of import register by posting various relevant information’s from LC documents. · Preparing LC and documents, LC amendments for import of raw materials (oil and packing). · Preparing unaudited balance sheet/ profit and loss statement/ cash flow statement and statement of change in equity. · Printing and distributing these reports to directors, stock exchange SECP and shareholders. · Handling all the corporate matters related to BOD, share-holders stock exchange SECP etc. Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
