The Role As a Senior Accounting Manager and Team Leader with ACCA Accreditation and Extensive Practice Expertise, your role is to provide strategic leadership, oversee financial operations, and foster team collaboration. You'll efficiently allocate tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and maintain client relationships by addressing their financial needs. This role requires full-time presence in our office, located in Johar Town, Lahore. Your Responsibilities As a Senior Accounting Manager and Team Leader with ACCA Accreditation and Extensive Practice Expertise from a UK based firm, your responsibilities will include the following: Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the accounting team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Mentor and guide team members, facilitating their professional development.
Work Allocation and Deadline Management:
  • Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their strengths and expertise.
  • Ensure that work is distributed efficiently to meet project deadlines and client deliverables.
  • Implement strategies to monitor and track progress, addressing any issues that may impact timely completion.
Financial Oversight:
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of accounts, financial statements and tax returns
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage financial processes to optimise efficiency.
  • Control and monitor and allocation of VAT returns for numerous clients and allocate within the team
  • Overview book keeping for numerous clients and allocate within the team
  • Review the accounts, tax returns and VAT returns for accuracy before these are submitted to the clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive process improvements within the accounting function.
  • Implement best practices and stay current with industry trends.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all financial activities.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a strategic mindset to effectively manage both the team and the financial operations of the accounting firm. What We Offer:
