About Our Client: Our client is a sister concern of the Ember Capital Group. Working on Off-Market Land, Contract Asset Management, Project based asset management contracting, Contract Modeling & Underwriting Support. Able to assist with deal specific underwriting or long term, contract-based assignments. Various asset classes covered including multifamily, land acquisition, self-storage, and residential. Investor Management Support, Provide ongoing assistance on new and existing investments and investor reporting. With experience working for lenders, property managers, and private equity shops, our Principals can help you achieve your investment goals. What we are looking for (Job Description):
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to maintain high-performance standards and uphold company values.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
- Proven leadership abilities include the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Any additional qualifications specific to the industry or management.
