Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and underwriting in a financial institution or related field
- Previous experience specifically in social enterprises, impact investing, or community development finance is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of diverse clients with varying financial needs
- Willing to do scheduled fieldwork
