Data Processing Coordinator This professional will be responsible for monitoring the daily data processing pipelines of the new US service; ensuring various outputs are generated as scheduled, quality checking the output, reporting on the delivery of files, carrying out parameter-changes and performance tests on systems. Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure environment;
• Build and plan processing pipelines;
• Install new software releases to the live environment to a planned install date;
• Test changes to configurations in staging environments;
• Oversee the completion of data collection from reference site and panel meters;
• Monitor data processing through all stages of production pipeline;
• Liaise closely with Applications Development and Support teams to identify any production bottlenecks or upgrades that will feed into the cycle;
• Raise ITSM and Jira tickets and respond to data issues raised by the client;
• Attend stand-ups, as required;
• Other duties consistent with the role, as required.

Requirements:

• Complete degree in technological sciences, engineering, data analysis or similar;
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills and Independency in managing workloads;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in systems analysis/support and team management.

Technical skills:

• Azure Kubernetes System (AKS) clusters deployment and support;
• Terraform and Helm for infrastructure deployment;
• Containers/Linux, Elastic Search /Kibana, Promotheus/Grafana/Loki knowledge;
• Azure cloud administration basics;
• Linux administration & Networking knowledge;
• IP multicast basics applied to audio/video transport on IP network;
• Knowledge of network architecture basics (switches configuration, VPN usage, routing) and network issues debugging experience;
• Python or Shell Scripting in Linux environment.

Personal skills:

• Good written and fluent oral communication in English (B2 level);
• Customer satisfaction oriented with a capacity to maintain a good relationship with our customers whatever the circumstances;
• Team spirit oriented within an international and multi-cultural organization;
• Highly organized and able to manage concurrent requests from customers;
• Issue analysis oriented and technically rigorous;
• Autonomous to investigate on complex issues and to manage corrective actions.

Desirable

• Audio technologies experience and Basic Audio analysis;
• TV reception architecture (DTT, SAT, IP) using IP streamers or IP multicast streaming architectures used by Broadcast operators;
• System monitoring tools knowledge like Zabbix;
• Fluency in Spanish.
