Our client is a conglomerate having a PanNigeria presence and business interests in some other most dynamic sectors in the economy; transportation power products and ITenabled service sectors. Due to expansion they need a HEAD HR Location Lagos Responsibilities
- Manpower Budgeting and Planning For National Staffs
- Talent Acquisition and Management for National Staffs
- Performance Management for National Staffs
- Learning and Development for National Staffs
- Compensation and Benefits Management for National Staffs
- HR Policies/ Strategies for National Staffs
- HR MIS For National Staffs Employee Engagement Activities For National Staffs
- Disciplinary Matters for National Staffs
- Health and Safety for National Staffs
- HR Compliances For National Staffs
- Application of IT in HR
- B.Sc degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 510 years experience in a management role.
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an added advantage).
- Handson experience with HR software.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
