Duties and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Drive initiative to enhance machine availability at assigned area
2. Lead recovery of machine under breakdown and develop countermeasures for the future
3. Develop and lead improvement and cost reduction projects
4. Work with relevant stakeholders from cross-functional teams in addressing Quality excursions or customer complaints
5. Maintain and coordinate PM activities for machines assigned
6. Manage assigned area’s parts inventory
7. Prepare & publish related reports when required
8. Participate in audit readiness and related activities, both internal & external
9. Able to understand all relevant VAT Malaysia policies and articulate them well to maintenance technicians for adherence & compliance

Minimum Qualification: Advanced Diploma in any Engineering field (e.g. Electrical) Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field (e.g. Electrical) VAT is an equal opportunity employer.
