This is a remote position. As a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the logistics and transportation processes. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement in logistics operations.
Requirements
Core Task: Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze logistics data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate logistics performance.
- Evaluate and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with carriers and thirdparty logistics providers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to streamline inventory movements and reduce holding costs.
- Implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and minimize stock outs.
- Conduct cost analysis on transportation and logistics operations.
- Assist in developing and managing logistics budgets to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations.
- Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance overall logistics efficiency and responsiveness.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management business engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory planning demand forecasting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
