We continue to strategically expand our global reach with 32 acquisitions since 2012. Responsibilities: The role includes day to day duties in the following areas:

  • Identify and analyze customer’s Network/Security system requirements and architecture.
  • Preparation of Scope of Work (SoW) for technical proposal which includes proposed architecture and sizing.
  • Perform project assessment, implementation, and deployment activities.
  • Configure and install various network devices, security appliances and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, etc)
  • Implement security tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop technical configuration and deployment documentation.
  • Provide technical consultancy and training to customer’s staff.
  • Provide escalated support to the customer upon implementation.
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering (Network/Security) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 to 4 years’ experience implementing and supporting projects.
  • Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol, BGP, OSPF, DNS, AD, Proxy, etc.
  • Knowledge / Experience in Network Switches/Routers, Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam and Load Balancer
  • Product certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Barracuda, Fortinet, Microsoft, Trend Micro or Industry certifications like CISSP/Cloud is an advantage.
  • Receptive to 24/7 standby services support
  • A keen, positive attitude individual as well as effective team player
  • Fast learner and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Travelling is required for projects.
