• Oversees IT project managers in Investment Bank Group, and Asset Management Group, ensuring compliance with project execution policies.
• Provides strategic guidance and governance advice to business owners within Investment Bank Group, and Asset Management Group.
• Acts as the primary escalation contact for governance, architecture, or policy issues faced by project managers.
• Monitors project pipelines across Investment Bank Group, and Asset Management Group, coordinating with the Group CTO's deputy for feasibility assessments.
• Handles internal audit inquiries related to projects within Investment Bank Group, and Asset Management Group.
• Supports project teams during demand phases, RFP processes, and architectural solutions approvals as part of the IT regional management team.
• Holds a permanent invitation to the Investment Bank's Group IT Steering Committee.
• Represents Investment Bank Group, and Asset Management Group IT projects in Group Bank's management meetings.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably in the Banking or Stock Broking sectors.
• Proficient in designing both high-level and detailed application architectures.
• Capable of managing stress and competing demands through effective task and workload prioritization.
• Demonstrates independence and resourcefulness with a strong ability to solve problems proactively.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse teams, business units, and senior executives.
• Requires strong leadership qualities to ensure critical issues, whether technical or non-technical, are addressed swiftly and effectively by the appropriate parties.
• Experience with projects on a regional scale is considered a valuable asset.
