• Stock Management - Daily Report (receiving the cargo, storage, releasing the cargo)
• Implementation for regular stock investigation.
• Co-ordination for manpower and daily activities, manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
• Warehouse Facility Management, including sourcing warehouse equipment such as folk lift.
• MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operating) for warehouse.
• Establishing & Implement Standard Safety Regulation.
• Optimization for saving costs for all of warehousing activities.
• Continuously review and recommend solutions to management on improving and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Good relationship with partners, vendors and service providers.
• Contingency Plans.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth documentation.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, space management & logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
• Specialized in commodity wood pellet, loose cargo handling & break bulk shipment.
