Direct message the job poster from Zong CMPak Ltd Job Type: Permanent Job Purpose: As Executive Channel Planning for our B2B, postpaid division, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and ensuring the success of our channel strategies. You will be responsible for various aspects of channel management and will work closely with the channel team, sales, and marketing departments to achieve our business objectives. Job Responsibilities: Target Setting : Collaborate with senior management to define clear and achievable channel performance targets. Monitor and report on progress, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Commission Management : Develop commission structures and incentives for channel partners to motivate and reward performance in line with company goals. Forecasting : Utilize data analysis and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts, identifying opportunities and potential challenges in the B2B channel. Campaign Design and Management : Plan, design, and execute channel-specific marketing campaigns, including digital and offline strategies, to promote our products/services effectively. Data Analytics : Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities within the B2B channel. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance. Should be fluent in excel, ppt, SQL and should have ability to lead end to end business automations Boardroom Presentations : Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations related to channel planning and performance. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment with our business objectives. Compliance and Governance : Ensure that all channel activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- experience (2+ years) in B2B channel planning, management, or related roles.
