Job Description
- Develop strategies and tactics related to Connection Sports sports marketing projects and services
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Lead the design of sports marketing projects, campaigns, events, tournaments and activations
- Lead the development of client presentations and proposals
- Lead the development and management of sponsorship programs
- Manage sports marketing on-ground events and activities
- Engage with managed athletes, managing their contracts and sponsorships
- Oversee and approve marketing material
- Manage team tasks and pipelines
- Generate periodical management and client reports
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate experience in marketing together with sports management
- Proven experience in managing sports campaigns, tournaments and activations
- Solid knowledge of athletes and sponsorship contracts management
- Previous knowledge with the sports ecosystem as an athlete or from the marketing perspective
- Proven Track record in managing tournaments, campaigns and sports sponsorships
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good spoken and written English
