Which will be your responsibilities as an Area Sales Manager for FlexLink - A Coesia Company: Establish a relationship of partnership and trust with customers, develop market and business strategies to ensure new sales and maintain quality post-sale; Attend fairs, events, existing customers, and potential customers.
- Increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities in the MANAUS Localization area and serving existing customers.
- Enhance brand awareness, market share, and customer portfolio by visiting/meeting potential clients in promising regions and maintaining regular contact with customers to build a professional and trusting relationship.
- Collaborate with existing customers to generate revenue from new machine sales.
- Develop and execute strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor overall sales performance by geographic area, including volume, service levels, order processing time, etc.
- Build successful relationships with distribution partners to ensure alignment and success.
- Achieve business goals and key performance indicators.
- Generate activity reports in the CRM system and other monthly administrative reports to track system activities.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with potential clients throughout the project.
- Ensure accurate formulation of offers, manage financial aspects, and negotiate commercial terms to secure sales.
- Identify emerging markets and market changes, stay informed about new products and competitive landscape.
- Monitor equipment billing at the factory prior to shipment.
- Develop and manage new business partnerships in the region.
- Attend major fairs and events in the machinery sector within the region.
- Perform other tasks related to the role as required.
- Degree in Engineering (desirable).
- Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Reside in Manaus - AM - Brazil.
