Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Tele Marketing Outbound Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As our Lead Generation / Tele Marketing Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Identify decision-makers within target companies and gather key information about their needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects.
- Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators, such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
