Client Success Manager (Architecture and Engineering Industry)

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Client Services Account Manager who can provide ongoing support to our US clients and coordinate with our internal architect team. As an Account Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be expected to communicate directly with our clients to help solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction while they have an ongoing contract with us. A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, a team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude. The candidate MUST HAVE working knowledge and background in the fields of Architecture and/or Engineering. Must be focused on Aftersales Relationships, Account Health, Client Retention and Loyalty, and building close long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all client communications including; Client Success Feedback Meetings, Kick-offs, and other client-related matters
2. Handles all client correspondence including emails, advisories, and project updates
3. Maintain client database and update project trackers
4. Act as point-of-contact for the client; to deliver all communications and updates across all departments
5. Establish good relationships with the clients to ensure sound account health and loyalty; perform active aftersales relationships
6. Regularly communicate with architects and engineers to help maintain their good relationship with clients and provide recommendations to help resolve issues and concerns

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of the Architecture and Engineering industry
• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and related degrees is preferred
• 3+ years working in a Client Success / Customer Service role with proven success is required
• Excellent verbal English communications skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
• Successful account management, customer retention, aftersales, and client services background is a PLUS
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Technical background and some familiarity with architectural works e.g. conceptual development, construction drawings, and detailing are a plus
• Self-driven and proactive nature
