Job Description

  • Manage scheduling, planning and oversee the entire program of work and decide on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project.
  • Manage and supervise making estimations for timescales and costs.
  • Supervise the project at all stages and provide solutions to problems.
  • Review and modify the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
  • Determine appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
  • Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
  • Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
  • Monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning.
  • Prepare the monthly Progress reports.
  • Accumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning.
  • Create and establish a procurement plan according to the project plan.
  • Plan and use fruitful  sourcing strategies for procurement for time and cost-effective deals.
  • Consider all projects’ needs including required items and subcontractors over the duration of a project and dates of requiring them, classify parallels, conceive a plan for needs supply.
  • Update a needs plan according to sudden changes to projects schedule and stages of implementation in coordination with the planning team.
  • Review technical specifications of materials, equipment and operating supplies from project functional offices and re-characterizing them in details with accordance to common technical standards.
  • Review and approve price quotations provided by suppliers and subcontractors through the procurement team and review and modify the suppliers, subcontractors and materials database.
  • Receive and check purchase orders with accordance to the approved systems and procedures, issue purchase orders, ensure the compliance with needs plans and approved budgets.
  • Revise inventory reports regularly, take over items which reached order limit, measure the quantities need to be purchased according to needs plan, and assign to the team the necessary preparation requisitions.
  • Manage the preparation and creation of subcontractors’ contracts and ensure a thorough archiving system is established.
  • Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: bachelor’s degree.
  • Real estate experience is a must.
  • Related function experience: 10+ years’ experience.
