Hotel Reservation Executive

Job Title: Hotel Reservation Executive Job Location: BKC - Mumbai Company: Redthread Hotels CTC: 20,000 - 25,000 Per Month Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process hotel reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and in-person inquiries.
• Utilize the hotel's reservation system to input and update guest information, room preferences, and special requests accurately
• Monitor room availability, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel services
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and special requirements
• Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and special packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
• Identify opportunities for upselling room upgrades, additional services, and amenities to guests during the reservation process
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions in the hotel's reservation system
• Prepare daily reports on room availability, occupancy rates, and reservation statistics for management review
• Process billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently, following hotel procedures and protocols

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any graduate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
