Our client is one of the largest firm of estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria and across SubSaharan Africa. Job Summary We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for the clients real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads counseling clients on market conditions and developing competitive market prices. Key Responsibilities
- Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
- Sale and Lease of properties in company s portfolio
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
- Generating clients leads to buy sell and rent a property.
- Counseling clients on market conditions prices and mortgages.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties with information location features square footage etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads listings and open houses.
Requirements
- 1st degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 68 years real estate sales experience
- Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
- Extreme salesperson
- Excellent communication skills
- Looks professional and presentable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
- Sociable and confidential
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
