Working hours : Monday-Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)• To monitor and manage stock levels • To manage supplier relationships, and ensure the best possible price, quality, and lead times for purchased materials by calculated forecasts. • To Plan, issue, track, and expedite purchase orders. • To resolve logistic problems and assist in collaborating with internal departments and suppliers to ensure fulfillment and on-time delivery. • Review, monitor, prepare, and perform database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, and cost analysis. • To assist in various accounting tasks • Undertake other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by the management. Job requirement: • Minimum one (1) years of experience in purchasing or accounting roles • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Minimum qualification of advanced/higher/graduate diploma, or equivalent. • Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects as needs arise throughout the organization. • Good communication, strong analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills •  Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidate proficient in written Chinese • Proficiency in English and Malay is also required • Able to think independently and rationally.
