Mid - Senior Project Manager - BT

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a project manager. The responsibilities of the project manager include overseeing projects from start to finish, managing and motivating developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals. To be successful as a project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch project manager should have good communication and decision-making skills. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project from conception to launch and maintenance.
• Manage timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
• Ensure project milestones are met and align with business goals

• Proven 5-8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or software development.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
