Position Overview: BrainCX invites automotive enthusiasts with a flair for customer communication to join our team as Inbound/Outbound Appointment Setting Representatives. The role is perfect for those who love talking about cars and the automotive industry while efficiently managing customer interactions. If you’re adept in English with a B1 level of grammar and can work in a dynamic, noise-free environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at our Clark Facility in Pampanga. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with customers in North America to discuss their automotive interests, guiding them through vehicle purchase options or scheduling maintenance. - Expertly navigate CRM and scheduling systems to enhance customer experiences. - Deliver top-tier customer service, contributing to retention, revenue increase, and strengthened brand loyalty. - Coordinate across teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed with promptness and accuracy. Qualifications: - Proficient in English with a B1 level of grammar. - Ability to multitask with different scheduling and CRM systems. - A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM. - Use of a noise-cancelling headset and a quiet work environment is essential. Work Location & Schedule: - On-site role at the Clark Facility in Pampanga. - Willingness to work night shifts, between 7 PM - 6 AM, Philippines time. - Availability is required Monday through Sunday, with shifts assigned accordingly. Compensation: - Salary ranges from ₱28,000to ₱32,000monthly, with opportunities for bonuses. A Passion for the Automotive Industry: - A genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry is crucial. - Enjoyment in discussing all aspects of automobiles with customers is a core part of the job.
