Sabio was founded in 2014 by veterans in the mobile and TV industries and is headquartered in Los Angeles. Job Description: Sabio is looking for an Art Director to join their growing team. This individual must be a talented and experienced senior-level digital designer who can bring a high level of creative aesthetic and advanced knowledge of Marketing and Branding communications to life. Working side by side with progressive clients, they deploy their creative capabilities in several disciplines, ranging from design to interactive and experiential communication to advertising. Practicing agile creative and production development, as well as radical collaboration both internally and with their clients, they create work that matters, allowing their clients to outperform their competitors and earn the trust and loyalty of their customers. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Creative and key players of the department to create innovative online advertising
- Contribute original ideas for ad campaigns
- Brainstorm copy ideas and possible angles for a client's ad materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Create structured work that clearly articulates a campaign idea
- Design & animate visually stunning and cutting-edge mobile advertising experiences
- Work with Rich Media authoring tools to produce standards-compliant interactive ads
- Take high-level directions of clients’ needs to produce engaging, interactive ads
- Improvise on RFP mocks with little to no creative assets
- Work within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identities
- Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends
- 5+ years of interactive design working experience
- Proficient in Photoshop and After Effects
- Expert eye for typography, layout, and animation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Mobile Rich Media (Celtra) or CTV Advertising experiences
- Understanding of limitations and abilities of HTML/CSS/Javascript
