Business Analyst (SME) - Corporate Internet Banking
Role & responsibilities 1. Conduct thorough analysis of corporate internet banking systems, focusing on Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance Products. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Middle East banking standards and regulations. 3. Leverage expertise in Middle East banking practices to provide valuable insights into industry trends and recommend innovative solutions in transaction banking and trade finance. 4. Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring seamless implementation of enhancements across various banking products. 5. Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis, guiding decision-making processes related to corporate internet banking initiatives and associated financial products. 6. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, testing and technical teams, fostering effective communication and understanding of project goals across diverse banking products. 7. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to validate the functionality and performance of corporate internet banking systems and associated financial products. 8. Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of new features in transaction banking, trade products, and supply chain finance. Preferred candidate profile 1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Corporate Internet Banking, Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance Products. 2. In-depth knowledge of Middle East banking practices, regulations, and market trends across various financial products. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for diverse banking products. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams. 5. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Internet Banking, with specific exposure to Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance.
