About Our Client

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical and consumer health distribution sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their organization.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of the company's operations, including logistics, IT systems, and process implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental entities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a talented team of over 1000 employees.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in the pharmaceutical distribution sector in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local industry and established relationships with governmental entities.
  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to refine corporate strategy and oversee various business functions.
  • Experience driving operational excellence and implementing IT systems.
  • A track record of successful leadership in a similar executive role.
